Build IT governance frameworks and end-to-end processes that improve service quality, reduce risk, and support compliance across the organisation. In this role, IT governance, risk, compliance, and process design come together in a structured and visible way. Working closely with IT leadership, process owners, and business stakeholders, the role turns requirements into clear, repeatable, auditable processes and KPIs that support consistent, high-quality operations.
