What do we expect from you?
- You analyze existing processes and redesign them with the greatest attention to operational excellence and the timing and quality that the internal client expects.
- You lead projects to improve our processes. As you know, it’s important to include others in a change. That’s why you do what’s required to secure the necessary buy-in.
- You understand the ambitious principles that define how we want to work in the future and translate them into clear process flows. From data collection, and data transformation to calculation and reporting.
- You are in contact with colleagues, discovering synergies between different projects. What is the link between the two projects? Does one project have an impact on the other? It’s all food for thought for you.
- You share your knowledge with your colleagues. And they share theirs with you.
