Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, overseeing all related activities and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Drive sales performance by achieving targets, generating new leads, and expanding business within existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while identifying their needs, expectations, and future plans
- Develop tailored, scalable proposals and solutions based on client requirements
- Manage and support the full sales cycle, including quotation preparation, follow-up, and closing activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication, product development alignment, and timely delivery of solutions
- Monitor sales performance through reporting, forecasting, and budget tracking, while ensuring accurate use of internal systems and tools
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- It is important to go beyond simply executing sales operations; the ability to develop well-structured, high-quality proposals is essential.
- Clearly articulate ideas through tangible, well-organized materials with strong presentation skills.
- Proven experience in sales or account management within customer-facing roles
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Proactive mindset with problem-solving capabilities and a creative approach
- Basic understanding of project management principles and tools
- Interest or understanding of IT-related services or solutions

Pay: €40.000,00 - €50.000,00 per year
