Logistics and back-office manager
You take care of the full after-sales flow from A to Z once an order is confirmed. You are the central contact person for all administration such as:

creating proforma
-
organizing transportation
-
making appointments with clients
-
follow up on payments
-
providing general information/be available to the client
-
receiving and treating documents
-
you are the assistant to the owner of the company
What are we looking for?

minimum bachelor or master or an individual with experience in the field
-
part time or full time
-
profound language knowledge: Dutch-French-English. Knowledge of Spanish is an asset

pro-active and punctual person
-
flexible and hands-on
