Mission Overview:
This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Commercial Employee within the retail banking sector. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects, delivering value and expertise directly on site.
Responsibilities:

Warmly welcoming customers at the office

Executing service appointments

Commercial detection and opportunity identification

Handling incoming calls
-
Providing digital guidance to customers

Proactively scheduling customer appointments
All these responsibilities will be performed under Keystone Solutions’ consultancy model, ensuring you bring your expertise and professionalism to the client environment.
Requirements:

At least 1 year of relevant experience

Good knowledge of Dutch (understanding, writing, and speaking)

Basic knowledge of French

Good knowledge of English (understanding, writing, and speaking)

Empathy, solution-oriented mindset, ability to work independently, commercial acumen, strong organizational skills, assertiveness, and eagerness to learn

100% on-site presence is expected
