Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- 5+ years requirements/systems engineering for complex systems in defence or industry;
- At least 2 years' experience in writing AI-related requirement documents;
- Proven delivery in secure or regulated environments; collaboration with multi-stakeholder, multinational teams.
Desirable:
- Proven ability to facilitate ideation/workshops, prototype concepts, and convert ambiguous needs into clear, testable requirements and actionable roadmaps;
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into operational requirements for non-technical stakeholders;
- Strong project coordination and organization, including timeline and priority management.
Duties/role:
- Conducting horizon scanning, customer surveys, and reviewing existing requirements for potential alignment and optimisation.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and end users to understand requirements for advanced analytics and AI tools.
- Analysing near- and long-term AI opportunities with clear operational value for space-based ISR workflows.
