As an IT Analyst, you'll be a key player in projects. Clients contact you with their digitalization questions and requirements, which you'll translate into a workable concept that developers can then implement. You'll closely monitor projects to ensure they reach a successful conclusion, together with your colleagues
More specifically, you'll understand the stakeholders' business and translate this into process analyses. You'll be responsible for defining and assessing needs, enabling you to model these issues into a functional and/or technical design. In close consultation with the client and your team members, you'll address quality requirements, impact and risks, and application security.
After the functional design, you'll provide direction to the developers by thoroughly informing and guiding them throughout the entire development process. Besides coordination, you'll also monitor quality and inform the project manager of any developments that may impact the project. You'll also keep the client's priorities in mind
As an IT Analyst, you understand the client's needs and naturally support developers by designing and executing functional tests to ensure the final result meets the client's requirements. You also support stakeholders by providing them with the necessary documentation and training
Your profile:
You have a master's or bachelor's degree in economics or technology and already have some valuable experience in the IT sector. You haveacquired a certain technical background in areas such as analysis methods,RUP, Scrum, data management, development, etc
You're an excellent conversationalist at various levels. Your strong communication skills make you the ideal mediator between stakeholders and IT experts.
You are characterized by an analytical and synthetic mind.
Your organizational skills and team-oriented approach allow you to approach projects in a structured manner. Your focus on efficiency, flexibility, and quality makes all the difference
