IT background required as the Cluster Scrum Master (Delivery) will be responsible for the delivery follow-up of cross squad IT-features within the Tribe.
We are looking for someone with a delivery management and IT background, planning skills, communication skills to get all contributors on the same line, coaching skills on the can do attitude, ability to find the right balance between follow-up of delivery and link with the underlying squads, dependency management, ability to coördinate cross-squad/-cluster/-tribe activities.
