Chief Operating Officer
Heylen Warehouses zoekt een ondernemende en resultaatgerichte COO die de operaties van morgen mee vormgeeft. In een dynamisch landschap van logistieke groei en innovatieve vastgoedoplossingen bouw jij aan een efficiënte, schaalbare en toekomstgerichte organisatie.
Als COO ben je de drijvende kracht achter de dagelijkse operaties én de verdere professionalisering van Heylen Warehouses. Je vertaalt strategische ambities naar gestroomlijnde processen, sterke samenwerking en duurzame groei. Samen met een krachtig managementteam realiseer je operationele excellentie – gedreven door leiderschap, innovatie en verbinding.
Wie zoeken wij?
Als COO bij Heylen Warehouses speel je een sleutelrol in de verdere groei en professionalisering van de organisatie. Je documenteert en optimaliseert processen, verhoogt de efficiëntie en tilt de dagelijkse operaties naar een hoger niveau.
Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden?
Operationeel leiderschap
Je maakt als COO deel uit van het directieteam.
Je stuurt de dagelijkse operaties aan en coördineert de verschillende afdelingen.
Je analyseert, documenteert en optimaliseert processen om efficiëntie en kwaliteit te verhogen.
Je maakt prestaties zichtbaar en meetbaar via KPI’s, dashboards en continue verbetertrajecten.
Leiderschap & samenwerking
Je geeft richting aan een sterk managementteam en stimuleert samenwerking en resultaatgerichtheid.
Je creëert een positieve, productieve werkomgeving waarin betrokkenheid centraal staat.
Je bewaakt de aansluiting van operationele strategieën op de bredere bedrijfsdoelstellingen, in nauwe samenwerking met finance, marketing en HR.
Je bent de verbindende kracht in de verdere professionalisering van de organisatie.
Digitale transformatie
Je introduceert technologieën en digitale tools die processen versterken en schaalbaarheid mogelijk maken.
Je waarborgt de betrouwbaarheid van data en vertaalt deze naar bruikbare inzichten.
Je zet innovatie en digitalisering in als hefboom voor duurzame groei.

Vaardigheden
Analytisch sterk met een duidelijke focus op resultaat en ondernemerschap.
Digitale mindset en vertrouwd met nieuwe technologieën en data.
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels.
Persoonlijkheid
Energiek, verbindend en motiverend leider.
Strategisch denker die tegelijk hands-on meewerkt.
In staat om mensen en processen mee te nemen in verandering.
Ervaring & opleiding
Minstens 10 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende operationele rol.
Bewezen staat van dienst in het uitbouwen en professionaliseren van organisaties in volle groei.
Sterk in procesoptimalisatie, KPI-sturing en strategische planning.
Masterdiploma; een achtergrond in vastgoed is een pluspunt.
