Have 3+ years of experience in a project management, implementation or customer-facing role, ideally with a SaaS or tech focus. – You thrive in an environment where you're juggling multiple projects, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish.

Have a hands-on approach – You love being directly involved with customers, whether it’s through training, troubleshooting, or guiding them through complex implementation steps.
Are tech-savvy – You have a strong understanding of SaaS products and can quickly learn new technologies to drive product adoption and solve problems.
Excel at communication – You’re an effective communicator, able to explain complex ideas clearly to customers and work cross-functionally with internal teams.
Are detail-oriented – You have a keen eye for details and ensure that every project milestone is met with precision and care.
