Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Experience preparing project plans, schedules, milestone plans, risk and issue registers, action logs, decision logs, progress reports, governance papers and senior-level briefings;
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders, customers, technical teams and multinational user communities;
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, structure complex activities and drive delivery against agreed deadlines.
Desirable:
- Previous experience with NATO or NCI Agency project, portfolio, service management or governance processes;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, business intelligence delivery, data analytics, reporting platforms, data governance or data visualization;
- Experience using tools such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, Teams or Power BI.
Duties/role:
- Leading and coordinating assigned NATO Power BI projects, work packages and delivery activities;
- Developing, maintaining and controlling project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables and dependencies;
- Coordinating requirements, priorities and delivery activities with NATO stakeholders and user communities.
