Apicbase is een snelgroeiende SaaS-scale-up die de manier verandert waarop hospitality- en foodservicebedrijven hun operaties beheren. Internationale restaurantgroepen, hotelketens en cateringbedrijven vertrouwen op ons platform.
Dit is een seniorrol. Jij leidt enterprise rollout-programma's van getekend contract tot go-live — multi-country, multi-brand, vaak over honderden locaties. Jij zorgt dat een krachtig food management platform werkt in complexe praktijkomgevingen: POS- en ERP-integraties, aankoopprocessen en multi-locatie operaties. Concreet neem jij dit in handen:
- Je leidt end-to-end enterprise implementatieprogramma's, van kickoff tot go-live
- Je zit stuurgroepen voor en beheert C-level stakeholders bij de klant
- Je bent eigenaar van scope, planning, risico's en opleveringen
- Je zet integraties op en valideert ze (POS, ERP, leveranciers)
- Je stuurt verandering aan in multi-locatie, multi-country organisaties
- Je bewaakt de go-live validatie en de formele sign-off door de klant
Wat wordt er van jou verwacht?
- 5+ jaar ervaring in het leiden van implementatie- of transformatieprojecten bij voorkeur bij een consultancy, system integrator of enterprise softwareleverancier
- Aantoonbare ervaring met enterprise klanten: stuurgroepen, executive stakeholders, formele project governance
- Ervaring met integraties in complexe landschappen (POS, ERP, API's)
- Sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen; je kan om met ambiguïteit
- Een gestructureerde, ownership-gedreven manier van werken
- Vloeiend Engels; Nederlands is een sterke troef
- PRINCE2, PMP of een vergelijkbare certificering is een plus

Apicbase is a fast-growing SaaS scale-up transforming how hospitality and food & beverage businesses run their operations. International restaurant groups, hotel chains, and foodservice operators trust our platform.
This is a senior role. You own enterprise rollout programmes from signed contract to go-live — multi-country, multi-brand, often across hundreds of locations. You make a powerful food management platform work in complex real-world environments: POS and ERP integrations, procurement flows, and multi-location operations. Concretely, here's what you'll own:
- Lead end-to-end enterprise implementation programmes, from kickoff to go-live
- Run steering committees and manage C-level stakeholders on the customer side
- Own scope, timelines, risks, and delivery outcomes
- Set up and validate integrations (POS, ERP, suppliers)
- Drive organisational change across multi-location, multi-country operations
- Own go-live validation and formal customer sign-off
What you bring
- 5+ years leading implementation or transformation projects, ideally at a consultancy, system integrator, or enterprise software vendor
- Proven experience with enterprise clients: steering committees, executive stakeholders, formal project governance
- Experience with integrations in complex landscapes (POS, ERP, APIs)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with ambiguity
- A structured, ownership-driven way of working
- Fluent English; Dutch is a strong plus
- PRINCE2, PMP, or similar certification is a plus
