Job Description
The AI Coach will focus on the delivery of analytics use cases, driving their life cycle:
Identify and Prioritize Use Cases
Assess the current processes and practices to spot opportunities for automation
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture ideas and assess feasibility/impact of AI solutions.
Support the design and implementation of Proofs of Concept (POCs) and pilots.
Ensure alignment of projects with business priorities and BNP Paribas Fortis AI governance framework.
Support Adoption and Change
Accompany staff in the day-to-day use of already existing AI solutions (e.g. Copilot), ensuring effective adoption and productivity gains. ( ex: Create a reference library of prompts for HR,...)
Evangelize and Educate
Raise awareness of AI opportunities within the department.
Deliver training, workshops, and hands-on sessions on the use of AI-powered tools.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (candidates with other academic backgrounds with knowledge of analytics are also encouraged to apply).
Required Experience
You have at least 6 years of relevant experience
Technical Experience
Mandatory
Strong culture in AI/GenAI (LLMs, chatbots, predictive models) and their applications in HR.
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
Familiarity with AI governance, risks, and ethical considerations.
Business Experience
Mandatory
Experience in leading transformation initiatives, ideally in digital or AI adoption.
Strong facilitation and training skills (workshops, coaching sessions, presentations).
Ability to inspire, engage, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
