NetOps Road Network EU is looking for a Director Road Network Control Centre (f/m/d) based in Brussels. This role leads the operational execution of one of Europe's largest express transportation networks, overseeing approximately 2,000 nightly linehaul movements across 33 countries and a significant transportation budget. The role is accountable for network performance, service reliability, and real-time operational decision-making across the European road network.

Master’s degree in Transportation & Logistics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Extensive experience in logistics management, with a proven track record of leading large teams within the aviation, express, or trucking industry.

Strategic mindset with the ability to balance hands-on execution and operational priorities with a long-term network vision.

Strong change leadership capabilities, driving the adoption of new tools, processes, and standardized ways of working.

Data-driven decision-making skills, leveraging analytics, KPIs, and real-time network insights to identify opportunities and optimize performance.

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align cross-country teams and diverse stakeholders around shared objectives.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions, geographies, and organizational levels in a complex international environment.
