We are looking for a Head of Digital Technology Omnichannel who is strategic, collaborative, and data-driven to join us in our Digital Technology Patient Impact team, based in our Brussels office in Brussels, Belgium.
About the role
As Global Head of Omnichannel Digital Services, you will shape and lead the digital services that support customer engagement across our commercial activities worldwide. You will turn business needs into scalable digital solutions, helping teams improve how they connect with healthcare professionals, patients, and partners. You will define clear success measures, use data and insights to guide decisions, and drive continuous improvement across digital services. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who enjoys working across business and technology, building strong teams, and delivering measurable value in a complex global environment.
Who you’ll work with
You will be working in a team that partners closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, content, customer services, patient support, and digital technology. You will collaborate with global and regional teams to improve customer engagement and strengthen digital capabilities across markets and therapeutic areas. You will also work with external partners and internal specialists in data, security, privacy, and compliance to ensure solutions are effective, responsible, and sustainable. This role offers broad exposure and the opportunity to influence how digital services evolve across the business.
What you’ll do

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of global digital services that support omnichannel customer engagement across commercial and patient support activities

Partner with business teams to identify priorities, shape digital solutions, and define clear success measures based on adoption, engagement, performance, and business value

Drive continuous improvement by using data, user feedback, and service insights to enhance digital experiences, simplify processes, and improve operational performance

Oversee a portfolio of digital initiatives, balancing priorities, resources, risks, and timelines to deliver value across regions and business teams

Ensure digital services are secure, compliant, and fit for purpose, including the responsible use of artificial intelligence where relevant

Lead, coach, and develop talent while encouraging collaboration, innovation, accountability, and strong data-driven ways of working across teams
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

Master’s degree in business, technology, life sciences, or a related field

At least 6 years of experience leading digital transformation, omnichannel engagement, or commercial technology services in a global environment

Strong understanding of customer engagement models, digital service delivery, and performance measurement in the biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry

Proven ability to translate business needs into practical digital solutions with clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and strong stakeholder alignment

Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing complex portfolios, and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation

Strong knowledge of data, automation, and artificial intelligence, with a focus on secure, responsible, and compliant delivery

Excellent communication, people leadership, and change management skills, with the ability to build trust and drive adoption across diverse teams
