As a supervisor, you are responsible for safeguarding operations by achieving KPIs and coaching your foremen. You will oversee the foremen and, together with them, ensure the effective leadership and direction of your warehouse team
- Lead daily warehouse operations to achieve long‑term objectives and KPIs;
- Plan and organize departmental work to ensure correct execution of all processes;
- Coordinate with Planning, fellow Supervisors, Operations Managers, and internal support teams;
- Coach and guide team leaders in managing daily warehouse activities to meet productivity, safety, and quality targets;
- Build, motivate, and develop a strong and cohesive team culture;
- Ensure consistent application of 5S methodology across the warehouse;
- Drive continuous process improvements through bottleneck analysis and structured improvement plans;
- Introduce and maintain standardized work methods and ensure correct adherence;
- Safeguard compliance with all safety regulations, including safety walks and incident analysis;
- Conduct evaluations, training, absence management, and other personnel‑related follow‑ups
- Previous experience as warehouse supervisor;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with WMS systems;
- Leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams;
- Strong communication abilities and a collaborative mindset;
- Resilient under pressure, with a structured and meticulous working style;
- Results‑oriented and customer‑focused, with a strong sense of responsibility;
- English fluency required; Dutch at an intermediate level acceptable, as Dutch is essential.
- Flexible and willing to work in shifts; stand‑by availability when required.
Shift pattern: Mon–Fri two‑shift system; weekend rotation during Nov–Dec peak.
