PURPOSE
The Trade Marketing (TM) Manager is responsible for the development of the brands in On-Trade channel within the Belux region. This role serves as a crucial link between sales and marketing, ensuring effective communication and execution of brand strategies. The TM Manager will translate brand strategies and assets into best-in-class channel plans, supporting both short-term and long-term business development through market analysis.
RESPONSABILITIES
STRATEGIC CHANNEL MANAGEMENT

Develop channel plans in synergy with the Marketing Plan in close collaboration with Brand Managers, Field Sales Managers (FSM), and Key Account Managers.

Define the trade marketing mix actions and build strategies to ensure sell-out, consumption activation, and perfect serve.

Collaborate with FSM to define KPIs (Presence, Visibility, Activation & Amplification) for resource allocation and field sales activities.
BUDGET & KPIS

Be the data expert, developing, following, and leveraging data analysis to improve activities and processes.

Manage and follow up on activity budgets.

Support and facilitate the follow-up of contractual spending, develop trade terms, and improve contract strategies based on channel needs.
ANALYTICS

Ensure proper communication to FSM regarding the objectives and KPIs of planned activities.

Prepare and periodically present analyses on the performance and KPI activation of all trade marketing mix levers.
PERSONAL PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business and/or Economics

Minimum of 3 years of trade marketing experience in an FMCG environment. A previous experience in the spirits and hospitality industry is a plus.

Proficient in French, Dutch, and English (written and spoken).
