Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields;
- Proven experience in ICT project management (3–5 years minimum) for projects delivered in organisations with more than 1000 users;
- Experience and knowledge with the design and deployment of technology, its impact to business, operation and security posture.
Desirable:
- Project management certifications: preferred PRINCE2;
- Proficient and experienced in project management tools for: Analytics Planning, Resources, Financials and Status Report segment;
- Ability to lead cross-functional IT teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders, strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Duties/role:
- Developing comprehensive Project Management Plans, including detailed schedules, work breakdown structures, delivery stages, approval gates, resource allocation, and cost estimates covering hardware, software, licensing, vendors, and support activities, as well as defining reporting arrangements, quality approaches, and formal change control procedures;
- Maintaining Risk Registers and Issue Logs documenting technical, operational, security, integration, and vendor-related risks and issues, including impact assessments, ownership, mitigation actions, and resolution status, and updating them throughout the project lifecycle;
- Facilitating technical workshops to validate solution architecture, infrastructure readiness, system interfaces, data migration approaches, and deployment sequencing, and compiling architecture diagrams, environment readiness confirmations, and integration documentation for storage and reference.
