Founded in 2022, we are dedicated to bringing the freshest and most delicious starters, rice bowls, and maki to your table. We pride ourselves on using only the highest quality and sustainable ingredients and preparing each dish with care and precision.
TAKEN / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and serve guests with a big smile, ensuring an unforgettable experience.
- Embody RORU’s values (Honesty – Quality – Hospitality – Togetherness) and mission (nourish people’s mind, body, and soul) throughout the visit.
- Know the menu and advise customers when taking orders.
- Prepare drinks, side dishes, poke/sushis, and handle payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front office, bar, toilets, dishwashing area, and storage according to daily/weekly checklists.
- Assist colleagues in the kitchen with ad hoc tasks.
- Receive, control, and store deliveries.
- Strictly follow hygiene rules (HACCP: handwashing, expiry dates, FIFO, product temperatures, etc.).
PROFILE
- Customer-oriented, enthusiastic, tidy, and able to diffuse positive energy.
- Resistant to stress and able to stay calm in busy situations.
- Organized, careful, and attentive to detail (customer habits, presentation, table setup).
- Flexible: weekends and nights may be required, with respect for personal requests where possible.
- Experience appreciating quality products; hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Language skills: English + French and/or Dutch.
