Tribe Risk & Credit is looking for a Tribe Test Engineer to increase squad maturity of testing. Design framework and scale up approach
Job description :
As a Tribe Test Engineer, you work with pairs to create the guidelines for the Tribe and also ensure to have a global overview of the testing approach on the different projects running in the Tribe
Education :
Master in Information Technology or proven experience
Certification :
Agile ISTQB
Required experience / knowledge :
Technical experience :
- Proven similar experience in another company is mandatory
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as a test manager
Business experience :
- Experience in Banking/Insurance is preferable
Soft skills :
- Agile by nature
- Flexible
- Good communication skills
- Collaborative
- Persuasive & self-learning
Language requirements:
English : Mandatory + 1 national language preferred
