Digital Transformation Consultant

At Seams, we’re looking for a hands-on Digital Transformation Consultant who wants to go beyond traditional consulting. You’ll help companies bring their digital transformation to life from initial analysis through to implementation. This is not an advisory role from the sidelines. You’re in the driver’s seat.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be part of our internal team, working on strategic, high-impact projects for clients across variuous industries. Your role is dynamic and varied — no two days are the same. You’ll:
- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable functional solutions.
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Build business cases and actively support the implementation process.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders with clear, proactive communication.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance the overall customer journey and experience.
Who We’re Looking For
We want someone who takes initiative, bring our company to new levels, communicates with clarity, and thrives in a changing environment. You’ll fit right in if you have:
- Experience: 3–5 years in business analysis, project management, or digital transformation.
- Languages: Native in Dutch or French and Fluent in English (trilingual is a big plus).
- Mindset & Skills:
- Analytical and pragmatic.
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to adapt quickly.
- Strong communicator across all levels.
- Education: A Master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
- Bonus: Broad sector knowledge or experience in change/transformation programs.
