How does our selection process work?
You have until June 30, 2026 to submit your application. After that, we’ll make an initial selection. The shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview, where we’ll take the time to learn more about your ambitions and future plans.
The winner will receive a permanent contract with VINCI Energies Belgium and the opportunity to grow through our VINCI Energies Academy, with tailored training and development opportunities. We’ll support you in becoming one of the managers of the future — aligned with our ambition to have more women in leadership roles by 2030.
The journey ends with a festive ceremony in summer 2026 — a moment to celebrate your achievement and spotlight female talent in the energy sector.
Are you a young woman who has recently graduated or is about to finish her studies?
Submit your innovative master’s thesis or final project for the Womenpreneur & VINCI Energies Belgium Award, on one of the following topics:
