Tournai | Customer Agent & Dispatch | NL + FR/ENG | Temporary contract leading to permanent | €3000–3500 gross
Your new roleAs a Customer Service Agent & Dispatch, you are the point of contact for all B2B clients within your portfolio. You manage customer orders from A to Z via SAP (from entry to delivery). You update customer records and optimize transport planning while being able to handle unexpected situations/changes and improve the quality of the proposed solutions. Finally, you manage communication between the different stakeholders (clients, logistics department, sales department, etc.).
Profile required

You are fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written. French and English are also required to use the ERP system.

You are comfortable with the Office suite, and knowledge of SAP is an asset.

You have experience managing B2B clients.

You are multitasking, precise, and a good communicator.

Experience in truck planning and route planning is a plus.
