Case Manager – Tammuz Family
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and support intended parents throughout every stage of the surrogacy process.
- Coordinate between intended parents and various company departments (finance, legal, medical, and more).
- Serve as the main point of contact for intended parents, providing timely and professional responses.
- Manage documentation and ensure all intended parents files are up to date.
- Proactively address intended parents needs and ensure a smooth, positive experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and improve processes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Academic degree (Bachelor’s or higher).
- French / English / Spanish speaker
- At least 2 years of experience in client management, customer service, or a related field.
- High level of service orientation and empathy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full proficiency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Spanish and French is an advantage.
- Availability for full-time work.
Rémunération : 2 500,00€ à 4 000,00€ par mois
