Pipe Welding Supervisor - GO4ZERO Project (M/F/X)

We are looking for our future colleague to join our committed team within our GO4ZERO project, based at our Obourg (Mons) site. As a Pipe Welding Supervisor, you will play a key role in achieving our sustainability and innovation goals while bringing your expertise to drive ambitious projects. Here are the responsibilities and skills we value:
You enforce and promote strict safety standards on-site while ensuring full compliance with environmental regulations in order to guarantee a perfectly safe working environment for all project activities.
You oversee and implement all pipe and steel sheet welding works for the Clinker Line (including new production lines and existing facility upgrades) in order to ensure critical processing and material handling equipment meets exact project specifications and international engineering standards.
You act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for subcontractors to oversee their performance and verify material and document compliance in order to maintain clear alignment on project objectives.
You supervise site supervisors, centralize project updates, and coordinate with stakeholders (suppliers, contractors, local authorities) in order to ensure all project deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
You take the lead in clarifying execution plans and report directly to the Lead Mechanics and Construction Manager in order to drive the flawless implementation of the Clinker Line project.
You apply your proven expertise in steel sheet and pipe welding supervision along with your deep knowledge of welding standards in order to expertly validate and guide complex industrial execution plans.
You commit to working on-site in the Obourg area for the full 6-month duration of this mission in order to provide hands-on, continuous supervision as a dedicated freelance/consultant partner.
You communicate fluently in English (French and Chinese are optional assets) in order to interface effectively with international suppliers and local authorities.
You demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills in order to centralize information, align all multidisciplinary stakeholders, and resolve on-site execution challenges efficiently.
You exercise strong leadership and accountability as a SPOC in order to confidently guide subcontractors and drive your teams toward successful project delivery.
