We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to oversee the
development, maintenance, and integration of Vocalcom solutions within our
customer service environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
contact center technologies, particularly Vocalcom, and be capable of leading
technical initiatives related to Self-Service IVR, Customer IVR, Outgoing Campaigns,
and system integrations with our stack and other platforms.
Main Tasks to execute :
? Own the design, development, and maintenance of Vocalcom applications,
including Self-Service IVR, Customer IVR, and Outgoing Campaigns.
? Manage and optimize Vocalcom integrations with our stack and other
third-party systems.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate
them into technical solutions.
? Ensure system stability, performance, and security of Vocalcom applications.
? Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members involved in
Vocalcom-related projects.
? Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Vocalcom and its
integrations.
? Stay updated with the latest Vocalcom features, industry best practices, and
emerging technologies.
? Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for ongoing
support and compliance.
? Participate in planning and executing system upgrades, patches, and new
feature deployments.
2. Profile
Experience:
? University Degree, with at least 10 years? experience
? Proven experience in IT Technical Lead in the Telco environment
? Previous experience in IT roles
Knowledge:
? Proven experience with Vocalcom contact center solutions, including IVR,
outbound campaigns, and self-service applications.
? Strong understanding of contact center architecture and integrations.
? Experience with E2E stack integration beyond Vocalcom and related
telecom/IT systems.
? Proficiency in scripting, API integrations, and system customization.
? Knowledge of databases, networking, and security best practices.
? Leadership skills with the ability to manage & own technical projects
? Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
? Certifications related to Vocalcom or contact center technologies.
? Experience with cloud-based contact center solutions.
? Knowledge of other contact center platforms and tools.
