Mission Overview:
As a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions, you will be part of a dynamic project team focused on supporting the coordination of activities for a new platform rollout (SAP4I with Salesforce integration). Your role will ensure that all business teams impacted by this change are fully prepared and engaged.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including another OCM Manager, project sponsors, and department heads. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating the preparation for the rollout of a new platform and organizational model with different business departments and project leads.

Facilitating sessions on alignment of processes, procedures, organization, and roles.

Executing the change plan, which includes:

Organizing and facilitating kick-off sessions.
-
Creating and managing internal communication.
-
Leading the change agent network.
-
Gathering feedback through internal surveys and translating this into actionable plans.
-
Organizing training for all impacted internal users.
-
Conducting demo sessions and preparing trainers for training.
-
Ensuring support mechanisms are set up for post Go-Live support.

Producing and maintaining accurate project schedules.
-
Preparing monthly progress reports.

Coordinating with key Project Managers to align Go-Live planning and manage risks and dependencies.
Required Skills:

3+ years of proven experience in leading projects/change management in an international environment.

Team player with a straightforward, hands-on mentality.

Strong communication and motivation skills.
-
Cultural awareness and experience working across different teams, cultures, and nationalities.

Fluency in English; good working knowledge of Dutch/French is an asset.

Certification in Project Management and Change Management Methodology.

Good understanding of business processes, technology landscape, new technologies, and industry standards.

Experience using Prosci methodology; certification preferred.
-
SAP4I integration or rollout experience is considered an advantage.

Experience in the Insurance or Finance sector is preferred.
