As a Customer Service Representative at Berlitz, you are the face of Berlitz Brussels. You are responsible for the planning of course participants' language courses and create order in complex planning requests. You love contact with people and enjoy multitasking.
Job Requirements
- Customer-oriented attitude, feeling for excellent service, representative appearance, and proactive approach.
- Experience with or competence in planning, office management, administration and/or reception tasks.
- Professional communication skills in French, Flemish and English. Other languages are nice to have in this position!
-Fast at mastering different software and proficient with various computer systems (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, Salesforce, etc.).
- Knowledge of the business market in Brussels and surroundings is an advantage.
- Living in the Brussels region.
What we offer you:
- A part time or full-time employment of approximately 20 to 30 hours per week. The hours are ideally 5 days a week in the morning or afternoon, but this can be discussed. It’s possible to have this position combined with teaching.
