An international manufacturing business is seeking a OneStream Specialist to take ownership of its global FP&A platform, The organisation operates across multiple regions and relies on OneStream as its core planning and reporting tool, offering a highly visible and business-critical position within Group Finance.
This role will act as an internal product owner / consultant for OneStream, responsible for driving system optimisation, supporting reporting cycles, and delivering continuous improvements.
While a small proportion of time will be spent on BAU reporting and monthly processes, the majority of the role focuses on enhancing planning models, improving reporting structures, and unlocking further value from the platform.
The position offers significant scope for impact, with the opportunity to reshape system design, introduce best practice, and reduce dependence on external partners. Candidates will work closely with global finance teams, helping to bridge regional requirements and improve adoption of OneStream across the business.
Key requirements include:
Strong experience with OneStream (or similar EPM tools such as Hyperion)
Solid FP&A and financial planning expertise
Ability to manage business rules, reporting and system enhancements
Experience working in international, stakeholder-rich environments
Strong communication skills and a proactive, improvement-driven mindset
The role can be based in either Antwerp or Madrid with hybrid working and offers strong long-term career potential for candidates looking to combine finance and technology in a global setting. Guide salary between €60 to €90k base per annum, depending on location.
