Function description:
- Ensure day-to-day contact with our end customers
- 1st contact point for our customers
- Provide correct answers to our customers questions
- Dutch, French and English.
- Min 1 year of experience.
- Strong interest in finance and banking (products)
Education: Bachelor degree or experience in Customer Service.
Technical experience: Good expertise in MS Office.
