As Expat Finance & Admin Manager for Africa, you will be responsible for coordinating, supporting and managing the financial aspects of our projects in Niger. You will play a crucial role in ensuring financial health, monitoring budgets and overseeing the administrative aspects of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and monitoring project budgets, including cost estimates and forecasts.
- Carrying out financial analyses and reporting for the projects.
- Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure financial procedures are followed.
- Overseeing local project administration, logistics, payroll and accounting
- Preparing cash flow forecasts
- Preparing for local audits
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field.
- Several years’ experience as an expat in Africa.
- Excellent command of financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English and French (both spoken and written). Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
