Your Responsibilities:
- Expand and strengthen our Loxone Partner Network across Belgium
- Lead and support a high-performing local team
- Manage and develop our office location in Nijlen
- Execute Loxone’s growth strategy and drive scalability in the Belgian market
- Identify and develop key B2B opportunities in smart building automation
- Ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of partner projects
- Be the regional expert and face of Loxone in Belgium
Your Profile:
- Completed technical apprenticeship or degree (e.g. electrical engineering, energy technology, automation, mechatronics, business informatics/engineering)
- Several years of professional experience in business development, (key) account management, or sales management, ideally with digital sales processes
- Proven experience in leading small, high-performing teams
- Excellent consultative selling skills, strong communication, and persistence
- Innovative, agile, and sales-driven personality with a hands-on mentality
- Limited willingness to travel – most meetings are held virtually
- Willingness to complete a structured onboarding process in Austria
- Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are a strong plus
