Project Managers at Meliore help turn ambitious ideas into coordinated action.
This is a mid-senior project management role that combines strong technical project management expertise with strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and a strong understanding of how strategic communications, campaigns, and programmes are delivered. You will partner with programme teams and work across digital, insights, analytics, operations, and leadership functions to translate strategic objectives into clear delivery plans, align diverse stakeholders, and drive coordinated execution.
Success in this role requires more than managing timelines and deliverables. You will help teams navigate complexity, create clarity in ambiguous situations, facilitate decision-making, identify risks and opportunities, and enable cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.
As a senior member of the Project Management Unit (PMU), you will support complex initiatives, strengthen organisational ways of working, mentor others where appropriate, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of project management practice across Meliore.
