You will work in a Brussels-based financial services environment, supporting business projects within banking or financial market infrastructure. The context is stakeholder-rich and often involves close collaboration between business teams, operations, risk, compliance, technology and external partners. Projects may include process improvements, regulatory or operational change, service optimisation and cross-functional delivery initiatives.
Your Tasks
- Coordinate business projects from scope definition to implementation.
- Translate business objectives into clear plans, actions and deliverables.
- Align stakeholders across business, operations, risk, compliance and IT.
- Monitor planning, risks, issues, dependencies, budget and quality.
- Facilitate workshops, project meetings and decision-making moments.
- Prepare clear reporting for sponsors, management and project teams.
- Support change, communication and adoption throughout the project lifecycle.
Your skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience in business, finance or project management.
- Medior experience in business project management within a complex organisation.
- Proven background in banking or financial market infrastructure is required.
- Good understanding of financial services processes, stakeholders and delivery challenges.
- Familiarity with project delivery methodologies, including agile, waterfall or hybrid approaches.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch or French, combined with professional English.
- Able to structure complex topics, manage priorities and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Consultant mindset with ownership, collaboration and a pragmatic way of working.
