Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 4 years post-related experience, or a secondary educational qualification with 6 years post-related experience;
- At least 4 years recent LAN cabling support experience with Passive Network Infrastructure systems;
- At least 4 years recent CCNA level Access Layer support experience.
Duties/role:
- Providing first and second line network cabling support to the Service Centre;
- Performing diagnose and resolve network cabling incidents and problems;
- Installing, moving and changing network port patching and network circuit patching.
