About Cinnamood
Cinnamood is an international food concept specializing in artisanal cinnamon rolls – freshly prepared and always with a unique twist. With locations in Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, and other countries, we are expanding across Europe. In October 2026, our store in the heart of Brussels will open – and you can become part of our team!

The Role: Sales & Bakery Assistant
As a member of the Cinnamood team, you are the face of our store. You will be responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting our cinnamon rolls, as well as providing every customer with a warm and welcoming experience. Whether you are working in the bakery area or behind the counter, you make sure everything runs smoothly.
What will you do?
- Prepare, bake, and beautifully present our fresh cinnamon rolls
- Welcome, assist, and advise customers in a friendly manner
- Keep the store clean, tidy, and inviting
- Handle cash register duties and basic cleaning tasks
- Contribute to a positive and enjoyable team atmosphere
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused team players who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done. Experience is a plus, but even more important to us are your attitude, motivation, and smile.
You are:
- Friendly and service-oriented
- Flexible and able to remain calm under pressure, even during busy periods
- Able to work independently while also being a true team player
- Available on weekdays, weekends and/or public holidays
- Experienced in hospitality, bakery, or food retail is a plus, but not required
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (English is required)
