This Sales Manager role at Bnode is a unique opportunity to be part of one of the organization’s most strategic growth engines. You will be at the heart of developing locker and pack station networks and driving high-impact partnerships with both public and private stakeholders, with a direct and visible impact on the ground.
This is a highly business-driven and performance-oriented role, where success is measured through concrete results and measurable KPIs. You will lead a team of 8 to 10 people, developing, guiding and strengthening them within a culture of autonomy and accountability.
Beyond people management, you will define and steer a long-term strategic vision, setting development priorities, identifying growth levers, and shaping the multi-year rollout strategy of the network. You will also play a central role in aligning stakeholders within a complex, cross-functional environment, where your influencing skills will be critical.
This role is designed for a senior commercial leader who can combine execution with strategy, mobilize teams around ambitious objectives, and steer a growing business with a strong focus on sustainable performance.
