As a Senior Penetration Tester based in Brussels, Belgium, you will:
- Fuse technical and non-technical skills to emulate actions that could be taken by malicious users or systems.
- Understand the psychology, systems, and tactics used by threat actors to proactively test clients’ ability to detect, respond to, and adapt to attacks.
- Help design, develop, and recommend security solutions to protect clients’ proprietary and confidential data and systems.
- Support compliance objectives by providing guidance on the logical protection of information system assets.
- Advise clients on security implications when making changes to their network, system, and application architecture.
- Prepare reports on the effectiveness of information security controls and recommend the adoption of new policies and procedures.
- Leverage a broad range of offensive security techniques, including social engineering, exploit development, and process exploitation.
- As a senior profile, coordinate penetration testing projects end-to-end and support junior testers in their day-to-day delivery and professional development.
- You hold citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member states.
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent work experience in the field, and 2+ years of professional experience in the field
- Good knowledge of ICT systems, networks and security technologies
- Knowledge of operating system security concepts
- Able to work independently and to deliver results
- Positive, team and mission-oriented attitude
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communications skills that enable the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Candidates must recognize and deal appropriately with confidential and sensitive information
