As a team leader, you take the lead in a group of different technicians. Together you ensure that the projects are delivered on time and professionally. This requires good organisational insight and a great sense of responsibility. A timely finished rack assembly, mounted according to the rules of the art, gives you enormous satisfaction. You also have the gift of managing and motivating a team with your persuasiveness. A good working atmosphere is essential to you. You have people skills, you think problem-solving and you like a challenge.

You also like to roll up your sleeves yourself

You determine the actions required for assembly and adjustments. You keep an overview of the supplies and tools of the workstation and check, place and fix the parts to be assembled (frames, profiles, structures, …).

Are you that person, and do you have a soft spot for logistics? We are looking for a driven team leader who is responsible for placing storage systems at various locations across the country.
