We are currently hriing a EVM Lead for a large scale Data Center Construction project in Mons, Belgium.

During Pre-Construction Phase
-
Review & modify the clients IMS (Integrated Management Schedule).
-
Ensure IMS meets program goals.
-
Ensure EVM process is set up.
-
Ensure ROC (rules of credit are established)
-
Ensure SPC (Specialist contractors) tender schedule and EVM baseline is accurate.

Review SPC tender submittals specifically the schedule meet program needs.
During Execution Phase
-
Partner with SPCs and support them as they build their schedules and integrate them into the IMS.

Partner with SPCs and support them as they build their EVM baseline.

Validate progress updates
-
Ensure ROC (rules of credit) are accurately applied to activities.

Generate progress reports and KPI’s
-
Generate EVM Dashboard.
Post Contract duties would include:
-
Valuing progress on site for interim certificates
-
Ascertainment of amounts due to contractors for price variation
-
Valuing proposed instructions
-
Drafting responses to contractors’ correspondence
-
Determination of amounts of claims
-
Expediting contractors’ insurances, bonds and collateral warranties; and valuating contractors’ final accounts
:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Quantity Surveying or similar required.

Extensive multi-sectoral experience
-
Life-science, mission critical and industrial experience welcome.

Ability to work on complex issues and report in a clear and concise manner
-
Minimum of 10 years' experience carrying out pre and post contract duties
-
Excellent organisational skills with an ability to produce accurate work to project deadlines

Excellent reporting and communication skills
