Your missions
Define ‘As Is’ processes, identify pain points, and design ‘To Be’ processes in collaboration with the Process Manager
Formalize business requirements as EPICs and FEATURES, document them according to project management standards and in tools such as CONFLUENCE and JIRA
Organize workshops, interviews, and other collaborative sessions to understand end-user and management needs
Define acceptance criteria and test scenarios for each EPIC
Participate in functional testing sessions within the project team and with end users (User Acceptance Testing/UAT)
Draft detailed operational procedures and user manuals describing each role in the new operational model
Contribute to the creation of project management documents related to Business Analyst responsibilities
Participate in Change Management activities: training, drafting communications, and information sessions
Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify optimization and efficiency opportunities
Your profile
Proven experience in business analysis for IT projects (4 to 6 years)
Experience in large organizations or the public sector
Proficiency with MS Office suite
Experience with business analysis and data visualization tools
English, French and Dutch fluent
Master’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently
You demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills
