CLAIMS HANDLER
We are seeking professionals with previous experience managing and resolving out-of- court liability claims to mitigate risks effectively, expand the client portfolio and fuel business expansion.
We are looking for individuals with with a Law, Insurance, Marine or similar degree, excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills to establish our company as a leader in the industry.
This position is based in our Antwerp office in Belgium.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans and successfully execute them to achieve sales targets.
- Suggest actions and put them into practice in order to increase our penetration in different markets (market events, meetings, video calls, presentations, etc.)
- Develop other lines of business such as BARBUSS Claims: survey coordination, investigation, loss adjustment, and defense.
Requirements:
- Between 1-3 years of prior experience Previous experience within Insurance Companies, Loss Adjusters, Brokers, International Shipping Companies, Law firms etc.
- Law, Insurance, Engineer, Marine or similar Degree.
- Fluent or Native English and Dutch.
- Professional working French (desired)
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: €2.476,33 - €5.121,57 per month
