Mission
As Product Manager for the Residential segment within Belgium and the Netherlands (BeNe), you act as the key ambassador for your product portfolio and associated software solutions, both internally and externally.
Your primary objective is to drive profitable growth and increase market share by managing and developing existing and new offers, ensuring strong alignment with market needs and company strategy.

Schneider Electric’s residential portfolio includes circuit breakers, distribution boards, switches, sockets, wiring devices, and other electrical components. These solutions are designed to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient power distribution in residential environments.
The main target segment is the residential market, with a strong focus on innovation, safety, and energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and continuously optimize the product portfolio (P&L, market share, growth, performance analysis)

Monitor and analyze competitors’ positioning, strategies, and pricing at country level

Lead product launches and ensure successful market introduction

Support and influence the sales teams to achieve strategic objectives

Identify gaps in the portfolio and propose improvements or new opportunities

Collaborate with global R&D to adapt products to local market and regulatory requirements

Define and manage price lists based on market positioning, cost structure, and margin objectives

Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with business goals

Monitor and review gross margins versus targets

Analyze and validate special pricing agreements

Act as the business owner and key spokesperson for the product range

Develop and deploy marketing materials (presentations, brochures, catalogues, success stories, etc.)

Engage and enable sales teams by clearly communicating product value propositions and differentiators

Participate in events such as seminars, forums, and customer days

Ensure proper training of internal teams and external partners

Promote digital tools and electrical software linked to the product portfolio

Prepare annual order intake forecasts

Provide regular (monthly/quarterly) forecasts to support supply chain planning

Contribute to stock optimization recommendations for transactional business

Ensure successful implementation and adoption of residential software solutions

Drive deployment of digital tools across the market

Collaborate with Marketing Channel Managers to promote software according to customer strategies
