In this role, you guide and support divisional management and on-site teams to make HSEQ practical, understood and applied on every project. You work close to the field, linking policy to daily practice within a technical project environment in Smart Buildings.

ZOOM ON THE JOB:
- advise and support divisional management on HSEQ and wellbeing policy
- translate HSEQ policy into concrete, widely supported actions on large Smart Buildings projects
- identify and analyse risks, needs and improvement areas within the division and departments
- draw up and follow up HSEQ plans and task risk analyses with the relevant teams
- organise and deliver safety inductions and HSEQ training sessions for employees
- strengthen safety awareness through visible presence, targeted actions and clear communication
- monitor compliance with legislation, internal rules and VCA through site visits and inspections
- support accident investigations and jointly define appropriate preventive measures
- advise on HSEQ aspects during the tender process for new projects
- report on HSE topics and take part in consultation meetings and the CPBW
COME AS YOU ARE, IDEALLY WITH:
- a degree in industrial engineering or equivalent through experience
- a qualification as prevention advisor, minimum level 2
- at least 10 years of experience in installation techniques
- knowledge of ISO 9001 and VCA
- experience with HSEQ plans, risk analyses and inspections
- ease with internal reporting tools and administrative follow-up
- a clear and respectful communication style, with attention to dialogue
- the ability to take initiative and involve people in decision-making with various stakeholders
- fluent knowledge of Dutch and French, combined with a good knowledge of English
