Job description

You work very closely with the Account Managers of Cortina.
You are the link between the customer and the different departments of the organization.
You communicate enthusiastically with customers every day, both by phone and via email.
You are responsible for the follow-up of orders of our customers: confirming and processing orders in the system and following up sent samples.
You are aware of each step in the process with the customer and work proactively.
You build up an excellent database knowledge.
You make agreements concerning deliveries and follow up on the delivery deadline.
You monitor the credits with the customer.
You follow up on complaints, show understanding and propose solutions.

Who are you?

You have a bachelor’s degree.
You speak fluent Dutch, English and Spanish. Knowledge of Italian is a plus.
You have a solid organizational talent.
You have commercial flair.
You have a first job experience in a similar function.

Jobomschrijving

Je werkt heel nauw samen met de Account Managers van Cortina.
Je bent dé schakel tussen de klant en de verschillende afdelingen van de organisatie.
Je communiceert elke dag enthousiast met klanten, zowel telefonisch als via e-mail.
Je staat in voor de opvolging van bestellingen van onze klanten: orders bevestigen en verwerken in het systeem en opvolgen van verstuurde stalen.
e bent op de hoogte van elke stap in het proces met de klant en werkt proactief.
Je bouwt een uitstekende dossierkennis op.
Je maakt afspraken rond leveringen en volgt de levertermijn op.
Je waakt over de kredieten bij de klant.
Je volgt klachten op, toont begrip en stelt oplossingen voor.

Wie ben jij?

Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma.
Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Engels en Spaans. Kennis van het Italiaans is een pluspunt.
Je hebt een degelijk organisatietalent.
Je hebt een commerciële flair.
Je hebt een eerste werkervaring achter de rug in een gelijkaardige functie.
