What this role is about

As a Medior Performance Analyst at ClickTrust, you execute and optimize performance activities across Paid, SEO, Measurement, and Analytics for assigned accounts. You operate independently on execution tasks and support client discussions with technical and analytical insights when required.

What you’ll do

Cross-Discipline Performance Execution

Execute and optimize performance campaigns across paid platforms
Support SEO initiatives under guidance of Senior or Lead Analysts
Implement and maintain tracking, tagging, and basic analytics configurations
Validate data integrity across analytics systems (GA, GTM, etc.)

Reporting & Insight Production

Produce reporting deliverables and dashboards
Consolidate data into structured insights and recommendations
Support the CSD in preparation of performance reviews

KPI Monitoring

Monitor pacing, budgets, and KPI performance
Surface anomalies and risks to Senior Analyst or CSD

Client Support (Technical & Analytical)

Participate in client meetings to provide platform and measurement insights (when requested)
Contribute analytical input to strategic discussions led by CSD or Senior Analyst

Expertise Track Participation (Centre of Expertise)

Contribute to cross-team expertise tracks focused on Paid, SEO, and Measurement
Research and test new features and methods under guidance of Senior Analysts
Provide input to Marketing Ops & Automation for process updates

What we’re looking for

Experience running paid media campaigns

Exposure to SEO fundamentals (content, on-site, or technical)

Experience with analytics, tracking, and measurement systems

Capability to produce reporting and insight deliverables

Ability to interpret performance KPIs and pacing

Comfort working in structured workflows and tools

Bilingual fluency in FR + EN or NL + EN (mandatory)

A can-do attitude and high tolerance to pressure.
