More than 500 staff members at the Institute of Tropical Medicine (ITM) contribute every day to improving the health of millions of people worldwide. Our researchers are carrying out more than 200 scientific projects in the fields of tropical medicine and international health. Each academic year, our lecturers welcome more than 500 professionals from all over the world to follow our highly regarded medical training programmes. Every year, tens of thousands of travel and soi[i] consultations take place at our clinic, and our internationally recognised reference laboratories analyse hundreds of thousands of samples.
There is only one way we can fulfil these highly diverse tasks: through a deep passion for our mission.
Does the ITG appeal to you as a place to work? If so, we would be delighted to welcome you as a medical management assistant to the Outpatient Clinic team within our medical services.
The ITG’s medical services are a centre of excellence for the diagnosis and treatment of tropical diseases, as well as for travel advice and vaccinations for travellers. We are also responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with HIV and STIs. Our medical secretariat is looking for a motivated colleague to support these tasks.
