- Joining our Business Recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing top talents with the support of our Business Managers and practice experts.
- Additionally, you will embody our company values, serving as the initial point of contact between candidates and UpWider.
Your primary focus will revolve around four key areas:
1. Business Recruitment
- Actively source and engage with high-caliber candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment process (from first contact to recommendations to the Business teams).
- Facilitate candidate meetings to introduce UpWider and align on career ambitions.
- Evaluate candidates and provide comprehensive feedback.
- Prepare detailed reports and liaise with business unit managers.
2. Corporate Recruitment
- Execute the recruitment process for future interns, including CV screening and initial interviews.
- Foster and maintain relationships with educational institutions.
- Represent UpWider at job fairs and other recruitment events.
3. HR Management
- Creation and implementation of HR and Recruitment strategies.
- Single point of contact on Business Recruitment & Corporate Recruitment.
- Coordination with Business teams.
- Analysis and improvement of HR & Business processes.
- Creation of HR policies.
- Performance Management.
- People Management.
- Onboarding of new collaborators (including training sessions, workshops, …).
- Keeping the Learning Management System (Zoho Learn) up to date.
- Participation in maintaining an appropriate level of data quality.
4. Other corporate initiatives
- Support in managing communication channels and social media platforms.
- Propose and implement innovative ideas to enhance the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with managers to refine recruitment strategies and processes.
- You are seeking a fixed-term contract opportunity.
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Management or related fields.
- You have at least two year’s experience in HR or Consulting.
- You are fluent in English and in French and/or Dutch.
- You possess a dynamic, outgoing, and ambitious personality.
- You bring energy, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong commitment to results.
- You have a positive attitude and a sense of humor.
You will assume immediate responsibilities with regular follow-up to track your progress. Training sessions will encompass HR, Consulting, and Sales, with exposure to IT, Data, and Marketing roles.
