Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Sufficient operational knowledge of English to:
- understand technical, operational, safety, and security instructions;
- communicate during service delivery and incident resolution activities;
- interact with Purchaser representatives where operationally required;
- complete service-related documentation and ticket updates.
Duties/role:
- Ensuring contract compliance with scope, SLA, pricing, and governance;
- Managing contractual escalation and dispute resolution;
- Participating in Contract Steering Committee (CSC) activities and decisions;
- Overseeing contract-level reporting, documentation, and approvals;
- Ensuring all changes, onboarding, and pricing adjustments are approved and documented.
