We’re looking for a Customer Care Intern in Brussels who will help ensure that our houses and our members receive the best possible support and experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Ticket Hero: Handle incoming support tickets from members and ensure issues are solved quickly and efficiently.
- Customer Care Champion: Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with members.
- Maintenance Coordinator: Follow up on maintenance issues and make sure repairs are handled properly.
- House Guardian: Keep a close eye on the overall condition of our Brussels houses and ensure everything stays in top shape.
- Field Explorer: Spend time on-site when needed to check issues, coordinate fixes, and support the operational team.
- Handyman Sidekick: Work closely with a handyman and help coordinate tasks and priorities.
- Problem Solver: Handle day-to-day operational challenges, including occasional urgent situations, with calm and efficiency.
